The T, ugly as it is, has essentially many of the functions of the EOS range but with the FD mount MF lenses as I believe anyhoo. This isn’t a fixed behaviour though nearly every camera has a setting to override this. But with a crop sensor and the faults that review highlights, my money is staying in my pocket until a good, reliable and fast digital rangefinder is available. Sure they had some teething problems but that is slowly becoming the norm for most electronic equipment these days. Over K for a system that takes rubbish photos. On a nurses wage I don’t think I’ll ever be able to afford a Leica, film which I think I’d prefer or digital.

The thought of a digital rangefinder is very tempting, given the size, form factor and potential image quality. To how fast it is, which is not a foregone conclusion.
